Falcons are facinating birds. They can be located almost everywhere on Earth (exept for Antartica). This bird flies above everything and has swift flight with rapid wing beats. Sometimes the flying has several rapid wing beats between glides.
A very uncommon bird that is never seen in cities is the pergrine bird. It's flight pattern is very unique as it's bushy feathers take impact instead of the body when it falls/swoops down.
Cool facts: -The name Pergrine also means wanderer. -The falcon has one of the longest migration in North America
Falcons have long wings usually ranging longer than 100cm (that's 1 meter!) Female falcons are usually larger than the males.
